Mr. Hair bought the home at foreclosure and finished out himself. He called me to tell him how to wire for motorized shades. I told him we charged a fee for this and he agreed. We then applied the fee as a credit against his later purchase from us.
We used a custom panel from ESI for multiple Vignette shadings and three powertilt wood blinds. Several keypads were placed throughout the home and an R2D7 for future home automation integration.
